Real Estate Ventures
Starting in 2004, Trevor invested in residential real estate in St. Thomas, USVI and Florida, as well as Section 8 housing projects, demonstrating his commitment to community development.

Division I Tennis
Trevor played Division I tennis at Trinity University in San Antonio and the University of Florida from 1991 to 1994, competing at the highest collegiate level.
Martial Arts & Cycling
After college, Trevor continued his athletic career in taekwondo and weightlifting, then competed in road cycling for various teams in New York from 2002 to 2008.
Return to Tennis
Trevor returned to tennis in 2009 and achieved a ranking of #5 in Florida in the men's 45 division in 2019, showcasing his enduring competitive spirit.
CrossFit Athlete
At the end of 2024, Trevor transitioned from tennis to become an avid CrossFit athlete, continuing his lifelong commitment to fitness and competition.
